Mindfulness is incorporated into all of our provisions in some form. We can offer a course of mindfulness to help build the skills needed to be more mindful in everyday life. It’s made a big difference for many individuals, in this busy world we live in. Mindfulness is an excellent way to keep you calm and help regulate your emotions. Being present in the here and now is a powerful technique to achieve, experiencing each moment as it happens.
